Each year, as funds allow, the Boise Blues Society (BBS) will award scholarships to promising young student musicians who have shown a particular interest in the blues.

Scholarship recipients will receive a check for $500 to be used to further her/his musical development. We accept applications and award scholarships year-round. To qualify, you must be a current student in 1st through 12th grade, and you must have performed on stage in at least one of our monthly public blues jam sessions.
