As a sponsor of the BBS you will be supporting the premier organization that acts as the ambassador for the blues in Idaho. Your sponsorship dollars help support our programs, from major Blue shows, Blues in the Schools, and various music scholarships. You will be there on the front lines with us as we seek out the next great blues talent via The Boise Blues scholarship fund or by helping a young musician develop his or her blues skills at a summer camp or workshop. In exchange for your membership, you will gain access to information, discounts, and event announcements and will be the first to hear of special Blues Foundation program initiatives and offers. But most importantly, you will become part of this fantastic Blues family which shares your love of the Blues, past, present and future.
As a sponsor with the Boise Blues Society you get your logo on all electronic marketing efforts showing you as a major sponsor. This includes our website, our Facebook page, and all marketing efforts we send out to promote our events. We currently have approximately 900 names in our database, and push out show announcements about six-eight times per show. We also regularly promote the Tuesdays Blues night at the Sandbar throughout the summer months. The total number of electronic impressions is roughly 75,000 per year. You will also have the ability to have your company literature available at a majority of our shows, and depending on the level of sponsorship, the opportunity to speak to our audiences.

Youth Development
We bring blues musicians into local schools to teach and entertain, free of charge. Being actively engaged in making music boosts cognitive function in kids, a positive effect that spills over into other areas of their lives. Blues music traditionally encourages spontaneous creativity within a loose structure that can be easily learned and infinitely varied, making it ideal for participation at any level of musical ability.
